Dalle Paste is a seasoning paste made from what’s locally known as dalle khursani as its main ingredient. These are basically, round chillies and the product is named Pickled Round Chili Paste or as it’s known locally as Dalle Khursaniko Paste. The paste is basically a pickle that is manufactured locally by mixing the dalle khursani with Szechuan pepper, salt, garlic in mustard oil. The paste is used to enhance the taste of the food, and spice it up a little more.
