Nepali Mann Udhyog Private Limited (NMU) was established in 2010 with a vision to spread the Nepali home-made pickle across every corner of the world. With the mission to utilize various underutilized plants and spice in Nepal by either exporting them or to make pickle that tastes like freshly home-made.
The company started its journey with exploring one of the spices Sichuan pepper (Locally known as Timur) and dried chilies we lunch our first product “Timmur ko Chhop” and gradually diversified to “Timmur ko Chhop with Chicken”, “Timmur ko Chhop with Buff”, “Timmur ko Chhop with Fish”, “Dalle Round” and “ Dalle Paste” . A well-organized organizational structure with GMP and HACCP manufacturing process is the driving force behind NMU’s success story. The business involves 60% export and 40% local.
At NMU, quality and taste are the parameters that defines success. For the consumer to have exquisite taste of home-made pickle our product are manufactured using traditional method and equipment like “silouta” and “okhali” along with the good quality raw material and hygienic manufacturing process has earned NMU wide acceptance in domestic as well as international markets. NMU competes effectively in today’s global business environment, constantly delivering competitive and high-quality products/services that meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
