Aama Agro Product Pvt. Ltd. is a food manufacturing company established in 2018 A.D. with the aim of promoting women entrepreneurship and contributing to the industrial development in the country. It has a board of directors with five active female members who are devoted to producing a healthy nutritious balanced diet for people of all age group.

Aama Agro Product Pvt. Ltd. identifies itself on three grounds: usage of local raw materials, women entrepreneurship and nutritious food. By using locally produced raw materials we are supporting Nepalese farmers, by promoting women entrepreneurship we are encouraging more and more women to participate in decision making process and take initiatives in showcasing their skills and talents, by providing nutritious food we are improving our customers’ health and eating style. It provides direct employment to 16 people, has 40+ products, has opened three outlets and has 50+ vendors in Pokhara valley through which it sells its products. The company has brought seven machines for its production line through 50% subsidy on machinery from Prime Minister Agriculture Modernization Project, Kaski this year. The company’s vision is to become the leading nutritious food manufacturing company in the country and create ample of job opportunities for women and youngsters that could help reduce the foreign employment rate. It aims to establish a raw material collection center in different parts of the state from where the company’s representative will work in direct coordination with the local farmers in collecting raw materials and also educate farmers on post-harvest losses and the strategies to reduce them. The company aims to establish its production line in Kathmandu and Biratnagar in future.
